I have been attending the Miller Method bootcamp sessions for almost 2 years now. I haven't exercised in over a year when I first joined and while I was not overweight, I felt weak and often lethargic, My main focus was to build my fitness and strength and I have been challenged everyday with the variety of exercises that work all muscles. 

I have a busy schedule so choose to attend the 5:30am sessions to ensure I get a workout in. I've recently started paddling twice a week after years and found the bootcamp sessions not only prepared me well for the long paddles but continue to provide a great way to keep up core strength.

I would recommend the Miller Method Sessions for anyone, no matter what your fitness level is. Liti and Albert have a way of making everyone feel like they are in the right place and work closely with individuals to ensure fitness goals are met.
