Energize your life these 6 weeks with our Miller Method Bootcamp, we have made this programme Fast, Convenient, and Affordable for those who are wanting to make fitness a way of life, rather than a destination. We provide a great mix of weights and cardio exercises that will challenge you. Our goal is to promote physical health and family enjoyment. MMB is a community-based environment that is focused on encouraging you and your family to push each other to the next level. MMB is a circuit based workout that is specifically designed to challenge and help our clients and their families improve overall fitness levels, reduce weight, and increase self-esteem and confidence.

Note: These sessions are only on these days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. This program runs on a continuous 6-week training / 2-week break cycle. For more information please don’t hesitate to contact us.
