Meet Tasha. In January this year, she won our Biggest Loser 30 Day Challenge. She was determined to win, so really focussed on her workouts - and her food too.  Tasha lost 3.5 kilos in 30 days. That’s almost a kilo a week (normal weight loss is 1 kilo a month)!

Since then, she has continued to join our Miller Method Bootcamp sessions, and now she and her husband are encouraging each other in their own 90 Day Challenge. It’s just so great to see she’s continued to achieve her dreams and goals. Here's the message she sent Liti after she won.
